HONORING OUTSTANDING SAMCO INDIVIDUALS IN 2025 – AFFIRMING HUMAN RESOURCE QUALITY AND COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING STRATEGY
On the morning of June 2, 2025, during the monthly flag-raising ceremony for June, an awards ceremony was held at the Corporation level in a solemn and joyful atmosphere. The event aimed to commend three exceptional individuals who achieved high honors in national and international skill competitions.
Overview of the ceremony
The three individuals honored are all outstanding representatives from ISUZU An Lac Auto Service Enterprise – a unit that has consistently made significant contributions to technical work and internal training for many years. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Van Khang – an auto repair technician, and Mr. Ho Phan Phuoc Sanh – a foreman and engineer – excellently achieved the title of "Excellent Young Mechanic Nationwide, 15th Edition, 2025" awarded by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee. This is a prestigious award that honors highly skilled young mechanics who actively contribute to the development of the mechanical engineering and transportation industries.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan – an auto repair team leader – was honored for excellently securing the Second Prize overall in the passenger car and light commercial vehicle (LCV) category. This achievement reaffirmed the skill and prowess of Vietnamese technicians on the international stage at the Isuzu Global Competition in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Pham Quoc Huy – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Member Council of the Corporation (second from right), Mr. Kieu Nam Thanh – General Director of the Corporation (far left), and Ms. Tang Thi Thu Ly – Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Chairwoman of the Office Trade Union, presented certificates of merit, flowers, and gifts to the outstanding individuals.
Sharing his thoughts at the commendation ceremony, Mr. Ho Phan Phuoc Sanh – one of the three honored individuals – expressed: "Being recognized and commended by the Corporation at today's ceremony is a great honor for us. This is a huge encouragement, fueling our motivation to continuously strive, learn, and contribute even more. Today's achievement is not only the result of individual effort but also thanks to the attention and support from the Leadership Board and the spirit of solidarity within the collective. We commit to continuously uphold our sense of responsibility, maximize our capabilities, and together with SAMCO Corporation, successfully complete the tasks for 2025."
