SAMCO awards scholarships to poor pupils who studied well

On the occasion of starting the new academic year and to join efforts with the society to impulse educational career, on the morning of 5 September 2018, the Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation awarded 40 scholarships at Ngo Chi Quoc junior high school (Thu Duc district, HCM City). The scholarships, worth VND 2 million each, were awarded to the poor pupils who had studied well. The expenditure on the scholarships was drawn from the corporation’s Centralized Social Program fund.

On behalf of the school board, teacher Nguyen Van Dung - principal of Ngo Chi Quoc school - appreciated SAMCO’s assistance, which was considered a precious moral support for the poor pupils as well as the school on the threshold of the 2018 - 2019 academic year.
